Using this site
Red Shores Casino provides this website as general information about games, dining, racing, membership and visiting. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and respect other visitors. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Information and availability
Descriptions, examples, opening hours, promotions and event details may change or be unavailable. A description is not a promise that a game, benefit, price or event is available on a particular date. Confirm current conditions with the relevant venue before relying on them.
Age and gaming
Gambling is restricted to adults aged 19 or older. You may be asked for valid government-issued photo identification. Gaming, racing wagers, promotions and membership are subject to the applicable rules and eligibility conditions. Do not gamble if it is unlawful where you are.
Play Now and other services
The Play Now button leads to a separate service. Before registering or playing, review its conditions, including age limits, availability and any requirements for deposits or withdrawals. These informational pages do not create an account or accept wagers.
Acceptable use and content
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or use its content for unlawful purposes. Text, design and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights; permission may be needed for reuse beyond personal viewing.
Limitations and updates
We work to present useful information, but the website is provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms when the site or applicable requirements change; the version displayed here applies when you use the site.
